Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • Furniture ships Australia-wide. Delivery is quoted per order after checkout based on size and postcode — nothing is charged until you approve the total.
  • Metro deliveries are typically 5–10 business days after your piece leaves the workshop; regional deliveries may be batched.
  • White-glove delivery (to room of choice, packaging removed) is available on request.

Returns for change of mind

Because every piece is made to order in your chosen finish, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. Up to that point, cancellation is free. If you're unsure about a finish, order free physical samples first — screens lie, samples don't.

Faulty or damaged items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by the consumer guarantees or our wrap warranty, we'll repair, replace or refund — including re-wrapping on site where that's the fastest fix. Photograph any transit damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation follow-ups

On-site work is inspected with you at handover. If anything lifts, bubbles or peels within the warranty period under normal use, we come back and make it right at no charge.
